Sr. Director of Dining Services – Canton, GA
Morrison Healthcare is seeking an experienced Sr. Director of Dining Services to lead foodservice operations at a premier healthcare facility in Canton, GA. This high-impact leadership role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of patient dining, retail, catering, financial performance, client relations, and team development.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for all foodservice operations, including patient dining, retail, and catering
- Manage budgets, labor, purchasing, inventory, and overall financial performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital leadership and key stakeholders
- Lead, coach, and develop managers and frontline associates
- Drive patient, guest, and customer satisfaction initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, regulatory, and quality standards
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service excellence
- Support talent development, succession planning, and team engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent leadership experience
- 5+ years of progressive foodservice leadership experience
- Healthcare foodservice leadership experience strongly preferred
- Experience managing large teams, budgets, labor, purchasing, and inventory
- Strong knowledge of food quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
- P&L management experience preferred
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
- Forward-thinking leader who is proactive, visible, and engaged
