Talent Acquisition Specialist
The Talent Acquisition Specialist assists with the full life cycle recruiting processes for all Home Office Business Operations hiring needs, as well as sales, fitness specialist, and all clinical and non-clinical internal postings. This position is temporary.
Responsibilities:
Recruit candidates for interview and hire to the FOX practice:
- Source and identify candidates to screen
- Post and maintain all Home Office, sales, and fitness requisitions with hiring managers and colleagues.
- Pre-screen viable candidates and forward to hiring managers; negotiate and coordinate offer letters and associated employment documents.
- Follow workflow to ensure completion of tasks such as hiring, onboarding, etc.
- Store documents in appropriate locations for each candidate
- Generate recruiting reports as needed and, on an ad-hoc basis.
- Assist with clinical sourcing as needed
- Meet hiring targets and metrics dictated by Practice.
- Apply recruitment best practice according to all applicable laws including Equal Employment Opportunity.
Internal Recruitment and Promotions:
- Open requisitions requested by all clinical and non-clinical hiring managers for internal posting on Fox Careers Website.
- Communicate open positions to all employees.
- Oversee incoming applications and expedite interview scheduling with Hiring Managers.
- Process offer/promotion letters.
Onboarding and Orientation:
- Work closely with new-hires, internal promotions, and hiring managers to ensure that they fully understand and complete the on-boarding and orientation process.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience recruiting a variety of industry related roles and levels.
Ability to effectively manage time, work on several projects at once and understand all concepts involved with the work performed.
Exceptional follow up skills.
Ability to develop and maintain long term candidate relationships.
Excellent phone etiquette.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to represent FOX in a professional manner at various events.
This position has a compensation range of $55,000-$60,000 and is benefits eligible.
