Your partnership with Allstate Agency owners will drive new business in your local community and create additional opportunities for growth.Your Support Team.We support our Exclusive Life Specialists nationwide with a variety of life insurance product offerings and continued education designed to help you succeed.Life Specialists can share space with an Allstate agency owner and receive customer referral and leads through these partnerships, as well as additional online and other lead sources.Your Rewards.We believe hard work should be rewarded.

At Allstate, we offer unlimited earning potential tied directly to the growth of your business.Your Work.A typical agency office has one life specialist who meets with customers face-to-face, supported by a team of licensed professionals who help deepen relationships with customers and generate leads.Allstate provides support and expertise to help you build and sustain your business, industry leading technology to streamline your business, and customer experience better than anyone else.Job Description Are You a Fit?

We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial drive and a strong track record of customer-facing success.You'll also need to have:

  • At least 2 years of life insurance customer facing sales experience
  • State Life/Health Insurance Licenses
  • A strong mix of life protection sales experience
  • Prior experience as a Life Insurance Agent, Insurance Representative, or related sales professional preferred
  • Professional designations such as CLU and LUTCF preferred
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) with emphasis on business preferred
