About the Role

Digital Account Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Digital Account Manager based in Brazil.

This is a fully remote, client-facing role focused on managing and scaling influencermarketing and UGC-driven campaigns for a diverse portfolio of global brands.You will serve as the key link between clients and internal creative, influencer, and paid media teams, ensuring smooth execution from onboarding to final delivery.The role combines account management, project coordination, and digital marketing expertise in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.You will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring campaigns meet quality standards, timelines, and performance goals.

A key part of your impact will come from translating client objectives into actionable campaign strategies and execution plans.You will also identify opportunities for account growth while continuously improving client satisfaction and retention.This position is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys working at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and execution.

Accountabilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships from onboarding through campaign execution and delivery.
  • Oversee end-to-end influencer marketing and UGC campaign execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including influencer managers, creative strategists, motion designers, and paid media specialists.
  • Support the development of high-performing campaign concepts and ensure alignment with client objectives and performance goals.
  • Monitor campaign progress, proactively resolve issues, and ensure seamless communication between stakeholders.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to support client growth and long-term account expansion.
  • Provide structured feedback to creators and internal teams to ensure high-quality content and campaign performance.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in account management, client success, or project management within an agency, influencer marketing, or digital marketing environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including influencer marketing, UGC, and paid social strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects or campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across creative, production, and performance marketing functions.
  • Ability to interpret client needs and translate them into clear execution plans and deliverables.
  • Bonus: experience in startups, fast-growing companies, or familiarity with influencer platforms and paid media tools.
