The Senior Electrical Program Engineer (SEPE) provides electrical engineering expertise during the pre-award phase of complex engineering projects, focusing on standardization, modularization, and alignment with Amazon's technical and operationalneeds. They ensure scope, schedules, and budgets meet organizational standards and Amazon's expectations. Acting as the primary technical liaison, the SEPE facilitates communication between engineering, sales, and Amazon teams to support project execution.
During project handover, the SEPE prepares risk assessments, identifies opportunities, and shares Lessons Learned to guide execution. They create Amazon specification packages, conduct periodic audits, and provide recommendations to maintain project success. Additionally, they lead multi-discipline Project Design Reviews and collaborate with the Training team to develop and deliver Amazon specific technical training materials.

Base Salary Range:
The base salary range for this role is $87,600 to $131,300. This base salary range represents the low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual base salary offered will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
