Pay Rate: Up to $40 per hour
$3,000 Sign-On Bonus

What You'll Do
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
  • Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the RN and medical team.
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Work closely with CNAs, RNs, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
  • Assist with assessments, care planning, and resident needs.
  • Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
  • Communicate effectively with residents and their families.
What We're Looking For
  • Current New York State LPN license.
  • Previous nursing experience preferred; skilled nursing experience is a plus.
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Compassionate and resident-focused approach.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
