Strong math skills, mechanical aptitude, and high attention to detail.
Effective verbal and written communication; dependable, professional, and capable of decisive action.
Primary Responsibilities:
Set up, change over, and operate packaging machine lines to meet production schedules and efficiency targets.
Ensure production quality and product usage meet customer requirements on every run.
Maintain accurate Batch Production Records and deliver systematic reporting.
Coordinate and conduct training for production line employees on procedures, quality, and safety standards.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections; identify and troubleshoot technical issues during production.
Read and interpret equipment operation manuals; uphold Good Manufacturing Practices at all times.
Maintain a clean, organized work area, report all safety hazards, and participate in continuous improvement processes.
