Job Requirements
Experience in Graphic Design: 2.55 years of experience in creating vector graphics, logos, and DTF printing designs, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
Proficiency in Design Software: Advanced expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, and tools like Vectorizer.ai, with the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and methods.
DTF and Printing Knowledge: Strong understanding of DTF printing processes, including half-toning, color separation, and other techniques that ensure high-quality outputs.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision in producing graphics that meet specific client requirements, including detailed shading and proportion adjustments.
Efficiency and Speed: Ability to produce detailed graphics under tight deadlines, ensuring high-quality results while meeting productivity goals.
Strong Communication Skills: Collaborate effectively with team members to understand project requirements, provide updates, and ensure the final product aligns with the company's vision.
Core Responsibilities
Vector Graphic Creation: Develop high-quality vector graphics, including logos, semi-truck illustrations, and yacht designs, ensuring all files meet 300 DPI standards and are suitable for production needs.
DTF Printing Preparation: Create and prepare graphics for Direct to Film (DTF) printing, including half-toning and color separation to ensure optimal results on garments.
Software Proficiency: Utilize advanced skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and online tools like Vectorizer.ai to produce accurate and professional designs efficiently.
File Management and Standards: Ensure all graphics are properly formatted, including 300 DPI PNG files and vectorized designs, and maintain consistent file organization for seamless production workflows.
Collaborative Design Support: Work closely with the team to produce high-quality designs for apparel, signage, and other print materials while adhering to tight deadlines.
Quality Assurance and Speed: Maintain attention to detail while delivering designs within short turnaround times, balancing efficiency with precision for time-sensitive projects.
