The Opportunity
You will serve as a vital field team member, helping families honor their loved ones during difficult times. This role offers the opportunity to create lasting tributes while working outdoors in a close-knit, supportive environment. You will gain valuable hands-on trade skills and make a meaningful impact in local communities.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Dig and pour concrete foundations according to site conditions and cemetery specifications.
- Install granite monuments, bases, markers, and memorial products with high precision.
- Safely transport, position, and level heavy materials using specialized equipment.
- Protect surrounding cemetery grounds, historic turf, and neighboring markers during installations.
- Operate trucks, trailers, setting tools, and field equipment following safety guidelines.
- Coordinate professionally with cemetery personnel and funeral home staff on-site.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation to the daily reporting location in Middletown, PA.
- Physical capability to lift, move, and position heavy stone materials daily.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of working hours to various cemetery sites.
- Self-motivated and conscientious mindset with strong attention to visual alignment.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- 3 years of hands-on experience in masonry, hardscaping, construction, or landscaping.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Prior experience setting cemetery monuments or operating material handling equipment.
