The Opportunity
You will serve as a vital field leader operating CIPP liners and specialized hot-water and steam boiler systems. You will directly protect vital municipal and commercial infrastructure while leading physical CIPP field processes. You will join a culture that prioritizes family, balance, and performance rewards.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Execute the safe installation of felt and fiberglass CIPP liners using inversion or pull-in-place techniques.
- Set up and operate hot-water and steam boiler units with precise temperature and pressure controls.
- Monitor long cure cycles, maintaining disciplined and accurate multi-point temperature cure logs.
- Direct crew members through rigging, hose management, plug installations, and bypass pumping processes.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on specialized boilers, generators, and pressurized equipment.
- Maintain strict adherence to site safety protocols including confined-space entry and traffic control.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of CIPP field experience or a strong background in mechanical, boiler, or plumbing trades.
- Proven leadership capabilities with experience guiding field crew operations.
- Valid CDL Class B driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience operating hot-water/steam boilers, pressurized pumps, and generators.
- Physical ability to lift 75+ lbs, handle heavy equipment, and work outdoors in varied environments.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Experience with felt or fiberglass CIPP systems (Insituform, United Felts, Reline America, and Global Materials).
- Active NASSCO ITCP-CIPP, OSHA 10/30, MOT, or Confined Space Entry certifications.
- Possession of a Hazmat endorsement on CDL Class B license.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
