The Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining policies and programs that ensure a safe, compliant, and healthy work environment for all employees.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:
Safety & Compliance
Conduct facility inspections to identify environmental, health, and safety risks
Develop, implement, and maintain inspection procedures and schedules
Monitor compliance with all applicable safety policies, procedures, and regulations
Ensure adherence to OSHA and environmental standards
Program Development & Training
Create and implement comprehensive health and safety procedures across all business units
Develop and deliver training programs on:
Emergency response
Workplace safety
Regulatory compliance
Promote a strong safety culture through education and engagement
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare detailed inspection reports and document findings
Maintain accurate records of:
Hazardous material usage and exposure
Waste discharge and environmental compliance
Ensure Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are current and readily accessible
Additional Responsibilities
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to safety and environmental performance
Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
Extensive knowledge of environmental regulations and policies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in technology and equipment used in environmental inspections
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree - Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, or related field (required)
Master's degree (preferred)
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in EHS or a related field
OSHA certification/training strongly preferred
