Associate Director Sales is responsible for generating revenue and developing new business via existing TPA and health plan partner relationships. ADS develops annual sales plans and TPA specific strategies and executes those plans and strategies to pull through net new TPA employer group business. ADS is responsible for designing and selling solutions to meet pharmacy benefit goals of plan sponsors, and to meet annual growth goals.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $75,000 - $160,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
