Job Summary

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Neurology team in Longview, TX. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered neurological care in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in neurology or a related specialty and be comfortable managing a variety of neurological conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and manage patients with a wide range of neurological conditions
  • Conduct new patient consultations and follow-up visits
  • Perform comprehensive neurological assessments and physical exams
  • Order and interpret diagnostic studies including imaging and labs
  • Develop and manage treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
  • Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment options, and ongoing care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care

Qualifications

  • Current Texas license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)
  • Previous neurology or related experience preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule & Compensation
