Maintenance Project Manager – Oversee Commercial Portfolio Operations for Acer Landscape Services

The Opportunity:
You will serve as the operational bridge between property managers, crew foremen, and executive leadership across a portfolio of approximately 90 commercial properties. This role empowers you to take full ownership of daily field operations, route optimization, and service delivery while working for a company that genuinely prioritizes your personal well-being and career growth. How You Will Make an Impact:
- Schedule, dispatch, and lead 4–5 commercial maintenance crews (12–15 team members), optimizing daily routes for labor productivity and field efficiency.
- Lead daily morning huddles to review site requirements, job assignments, and safety protocols.
- Conduct weekly site audits to ensure pristine turf care, edging, bed maintenance, and cleanups across the property portfolio.
- Swiftly resolve property manager requests, site issues, and service complaints with clear, proactive communication.
- Identify enhancement opportunities—such as seasonal flower rotations, mulch top-offs, turf restoration, and drainage fixes—and build detailed proposals for clients.
- Enforce strict safety protocols, PPE usage, and proper power equipment operation across all teams.
- Track labor hours and materials against job budgets using landscape management software, and coordinate with the shop mechanic to keep fleet and equipment running without downtime.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in commercial landscape management, operations, or project supervision (5 years preferred).
- Deep technical knowledge of turf management, commercial power equipment, plant identification, and irrigation systems.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to motivate, manage, and hold field crews accountable in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Proficiency using digital landscape software (e.g., Aspire, Jobber, LMN) and general office productivity tools.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of progressive project management experience in commercial landscaping operations.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish to effectively guide and support site teams.
- Pesticide Applicator License or Certified Landscape Professional (CLP) certification.
