The Opportunity:
You will play a vital role on active commercial jobsites by wiring systems, placing conduit, and executing complex electrical tasks alongside experienced professionals. How You Will Make an Impact:
- Execute precise conduit runs, wire pulls, and box installations for commercial electrical projects.
- Perform basic device terminations and system setups directly under the guidance of Journeymen and Foremen.
- Maintain a safe, organized work site by staging materials efficiently and ensuring tools are properly kept.
- Apply local electrical codes and safety protocols daily to ensure high-quality, compliant installations.
- Log on-the-job training hours accurately and complete required apprenticeship coursework.
- Collaborate closely with field leadership to build technical mastery and prepare for your Journeyman exam.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Utah Electrical Apprentice License.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally up to 10% of working hours.
- Proven ability to follow technical directions and work safely on active commercial sites.
- Strong communication skills, punctuality, and self-motivation.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in commercial electrical field operations.
