The Opportunity
You will take direct ownership of one-of-a-kind luxury residential builds from pre-construction to final walkthrough, bringing bespoke architectural designs to life. Working closely with the company owner, you will enjoy direct communication without corporate bureaucracy while driving the execution of high-end custom homes. How You Will Make an Impact
- Oversee all daily field operations, trade partners, and schedules to deliver luxury custom homes on time and within budget.
- Drive pre-construction planning, material procurement, and sub-contractor scheduling to maintain seamless project continuity.
- Communicate directly with homeowners, architects, and internal leadership to ensure design visions are executed flawlessly.
- Inspect work in progress to enforce strict quality control standards and uncompromising craftsmanship across all trades.
- Resolve complex job site challenges and structural detail discrepancies proactively to protect project timelines.
- Monitor project budgets, approve change orders, and track pay-per-performance metrics to ensure profitable project execution.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Direct, hands-on experience managing custom home construction projects from initial groundbreaking to owner occupancy.
- Strong working knowledge of residential construction methods, building codes, and high-end material application.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate sub-contractors, manage project schedules, and maintain detailed job site logistics.
- Exceptional communication skills for managing client relations, architect collaborations, and trade partner expectations.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of related work experience in luxury residential custom home building.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proven track record of managing high-value, bespoke residential builds with minimal supervision.
Compensation & Benefits
