This is a rare opportunity for a senior, autonomous Mechanical engineer to establish NDY's presence in Toronto, build client relationships, support the Vancouver office and broader Canadian projects, and ultimately create and lead a new Toronto office.

Comfortable combining business development, delivery, and leadership responsibilities in a growth phase
Experience working on commercial tenant improvement projects.
Legally entitled to live and work in Canada.
Senior mechanical engineer with a strong track record in autonomous, leadership driven roles
Tertiary qualification in mechanical Engineering and P.Eng (PEO) accreditation
Strong knowledge of Canadian Standards and NCC
Experience across the full project lifecycle, from design through to construction administration
Proven ability to lead teams and deliver complex, multidisciplinary projects
Excellent communication skills, confident managing senior stakeholders and clients
Comfortable operating in ambiguous, startup or growth environment
Experience establishing or growing engineering offices or teams
Multiregional project exposure
Demonstrated capability in business development and market entry
Ideally someone with an existing client network ready to hit the ground running.
