Job Description
In your role as Client Account Manager for Large Corporate Accounts, you are the preferred contact for your clients and a key player in managing their risks. Your role is to provide strategic support, ensure impeccable service, and actively contribute to the commercial development of the portfolio. You act as advisor, partner, and analyst, ensuring to enhance client satisfaction and profitability.
Main duties 1. Portfolio management and development
- Ensure the overall follow-up of a portfolio of large corporate clients.
- Understand in depth their businesses, challenges, risks, and specific needs.
- Propose adapted and personalized solutions in line with their environment and objectives.
2. Commercial development
- Identify growth opportunities on existing accounts.
- Build and implement an annual commercial action plan.
- Contribute to revenue growth and the commercial strategy of the division.
3. Customer relationship & retention
- Maintain regular contact with key client contacts.
- Diversify and strengthen relationship levels to increase proximity and added value.
- Optimize customer satisfaction and ensure proactive management of needs.
4. Operational follow-up & internal coordination
- Ensure the proper execution of services and the quality of service provided.
- Detect and report any potential warning signs.
- Produce balances, analyses, and perspectives while ensuring their rigor and relevance.
- Work closely with internal teams (technical, compensation, business experts, etc.) to ensure a smooth and comprehensive service.

Skills & experience
- Proven experience in managing a portfolio of large corporate clients, ideally in an IARD environment.
- Knowledge of IARD businesses and risks (DAB, liability, international programs…) appreciated.
- Good understanding of commercial issues and ability to identify opportunities.
