About the Role
Duties
You will conduct job and data analysis to advise management in determining best strategies for recruiting to achieve qualified, highly skilled workforce.
You will assist in evaluating and recommending the placement of highly qualified candidates for a wide range of administrative and technical positions, including those requiring critical high-demand skill.
You will utilize strategic and technical recruitment methods and automated tools such as the Talent Acquisition Portal (TAP), along with posting job announcements across social media platforms.
You will process recruitment and placement actions for intern and career development programs.
You will solve human resources problems that cross multiple program lines (e.g., recruitment, staffing, classification, compensation, workforce shaping, etc.).
You will accomplish other duties as assigned.
