Why Is This Role So Important With Us?
As a Specialist Support Financial Services, you position yourself as a business and platform expert.
You are the preferred contact for our client base that has chosen Pennylane as the central software of their accounting and financial management.
You are therefore at the heart of the 360-degree customer experience and make clients and their accountants benefit from the full power of Pennylane in the service of their growth.
How Will You Contribute To The Project?
As a member of the Application and Technical Support team, you are the central relay point between our clients' leaders, their internal accountants and the support team. You are in daily contact with users and seek to understand the problems they encounter.
After investigation, your goal is to provide a response or solution to your counterpart, or when necessary, escalate the problem to the technical teams.
What Will Be Your Daily Missions?

Profile Sought
- Several years of experience in a "neo-bank", online bank or traditional bank.
- Excellent understanding of the banking system.
- Previous experience in B2B support required.
- Comfortable with daily phone exchanges with clients.
- Direct work with the leader is a plus (internal consulting, for example).
- Available for rotating hours adapted to client needs.
- An interest in technology is a plus with knowledge of current Fintech market products.
Remote position with 2 days of travel to Paris per month within our offices (expenses covered).
