About the Role

Kforce has a client in need of a Remote SVP of Affinity Partnerships Home Mortgage. This role is fully remote. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a national affinity strategy aligned to a retail, branch-driven model
  • Identify and build partnerships with banks, credit unions, wealth firms, homebuilders, real estate ecosystems, and fintechs
  • Source, structure, and close national and regional agreements while ensuring RESPA compliance
  • Build executive-level relationships with partner leadership
  • Design lead flow into branches and loan officers, with clear rules of engagement
  • Drive field adoption through training, communication, and alignment with LO incentives
  • Launch partnerships through onboarding playbooks and co-branded marketing campaigns
  • Own performance metrics including opportunities, conversion rates, funded volume, and adoption
  • Continuously refine partner models, lead routing, and engagement strategies
  • Partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure all agreements meet regulatory requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in mortgage and/or financial institution partnerships or embedded finance
  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • Proven success building channels that support a distributed salesforce
  • Strong understanding of loan officer behavior and purchase market dynamics
  • Experience working with banks or credit unions lacking mortgage scale preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship management skills


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
