About the Role

Job Title: Senior Compensation Partner (Compensation Partner III)
Job Location: Los Angeles, CA Remote

Description:
AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking an experienced Senior Compensation Partner to join our growing team. This role will act as a strategic advisor to HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders, driving compensation strategies that align with organizational goals, market competitiveness, and pay equity principles.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to translate complex data into practical compensation solutions. This role plays a key part in shaping compensation programs, supporting leadership decisions, and ensuring fair and consistent pay practices across the organization.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders on complex compensation decisions
  • Partner with business leaders to understand strategy, talent needs, and organizational dynamics to develop effective compensation solutions
  • Design and administer compensation programs to ensure competitiveness, equity, and alignment with business goals
  • Lead annual compensation planning, off-cycle reviews, and job matching processes
  • Support and enhance job architecture and compensation frameworks for consistency and scalability
  • Evaluate and support international compensation programs aligned with global and regional requirements
  • Analyze market data, internal trends, and talent insights to recommend compensation strategies
  • Collaborate with compensation and HR teams to improve programs, tools, and processes
  • Partner with People Systems teams on compensation-related system implementations and enhancements
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members and stakeholders on compensation practices
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging compensation practices

Required Skills & Experience:
  • 6-8+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or related roles with increasing responsibility
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. compensation regulations, including federal, state, and local pay laws
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including modeling, scenario analysis, and data visualization
  • Proven experience translating complex data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and partner across all organizational levels
  • Experience handling complex compensation discussions and navigating differing perspectives
  • Working knowledge of international compensation practices across global markets

Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • Experience collaborating with Finance and Accounting teams for budgeting and compensation analysis
  • Familiarity with compensation systems and tools, including process automation and reporting
  • Strong understanding of Workday or similar HRIS platforms

Education Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience)
