About the Role

Enterprise Sales Director

InvestorCOM is offering an extraordinary opportunity for a sales leader to join our team as we continue to expand our presence in the US wealth and retirement industry.

The Enterprise Sales Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with enterprise-level clients in the wealth management and retirement solutions sectors. This role requires a seasoned sales leader with a deep understanding of the regulatory technology landscape, retirement plan administration, and evolving compliance needs. The ideal candidate brings strong relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of selling SaaS solutions to large financial institutions, broker-dealers and retirement plan providers.

Responsibilities/Duties
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets, with a specific focus on retirement solutions and wealth management.
  • Identify and engage potential enterprise clients within the wealth management, retirement plan, banking, and financial advisory industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, compliance officers, technology leaders, and retirement product heads.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery meetings to understand client needs, particularly around retirement compliance and plan governance, and position InvestorCOM's solutions effectively.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings related to both wealth management and retirement solutions, positioning InvestorCOM as a trusted thought leader.
  • Represent InvestorCOM at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Attributes
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a complex, solution-based selling environment.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance solutions, retirement plan distribution/administration, and broader wealth management industry trends.
  • Established network within retirement plan providers, recordkeepers, broker-dealers, or related financial institutions is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with HubSpot, LinkedIn and other sales automation applications.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

5+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in wealth management, retirement solutions, fintech, or SaaS.

Experience working in the US wealth and retirement industry.

Knowledge of wealth industry regulations within the US market.
