Strada is a people, payroll, and technology leader simplifying international workforce management. Operating in 180+ countries, we design and deliver people-first solutions powered by cloud-based technology – helping organizations grow and enabling workforces to perform at their best.
Responsible for defining the technical and functional vision of the solution, with a strong focus on SAP HCM CH/AT (PY), and translating it into clear standards and procedures.
Ensures the success of implementations and improvement projects, particularly in complex environments, with specific responsibility for payroll configuration, compliance, and delivery.
Participates across all project phases, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, payroll configuration, testing, training, and post–go-live support.
Acts as a key reference for SAP HCM Payroll, both internally and externally.
