Responsibilities • Work closely with clients to gather in-depth financial details and build individualized profiles that accurately reflect their income, goals, and overall financial situation.
• Serve as a collaborative and dependable team contributor while continually developing your skills through ongoing training and professional learning opportunities.
• Actively engage with prospective clients, fostering strong relationships and positioning yourself as a trusted financial guide.
• Create tailored financial plans that adapt as clients move through different life stages, career changes, and financial priorities.
• Provide well-considered recommendations-spanning financial products, planning solutions, and investment approaches-to support clients in achieving their goals.
• Obtain Life and Health certification within 45 days of employment.
Qualifications • Long Island/Queens candidates only.
• Must be able to commute to the Hauppauge office for training meetings and events.
• Previous Sales experience preferred.
• A New York State Life Accident and Health exam is not needed, but it is a plus before training.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics preferred.
• Internship experience in financial services is a plus.
