Analyste Investissement Et Asset Management Alternance H/F
The Investment and Asset Management direction at Crédit Agricole S.A. - Immobilier is composed of two divisions: the Offices division and the Retail/Logistics/Accommodation division. The Offices division team is involved in theasset ownership cycle, including acquisition, asset management, and arbitrage.
Missions:
- Contribute to the analysis of arbitrages and investments by preparing committee materials (market data analysis, business plan modeling on the Finasset software following the strategy recommended by the Investment Manager).
- Enter, analyze, and track investment opportunities received through the Pipeline IT tool.
- Assist in the day-to-day management of Office assets: follow-up on appraisals, new leases, renovation projects, preparation of Asset committee dossiers, business plan creation.
- Participate in the analysis of cross-cutting market studies.
Contribution of the internship:
The intern will understand all aspects of property asset management in terms of professions, geographic areas, and local actors. They will have the opportunity to collaborate on various topics with an experienced team.
