Reporting into the Channels UX leadership layer, you will partner closely with Product Directors and Engineering VPs across our email organization to establish core platform patterns, architect unified cross-channel workflows, and champion user-centered platform thinking across traditional organizational silos.
Responsibilities include: Architecting the Twilio Email Vision, leading cross-channel harmonization, steering the modernization of SendGrid, establishing high-level strategic partnerships, defining observability and platform telemetry standards, scaling design systems and mentorship, and de-risking organizational ambiguity.
Qualifications include: Full-time, US-based, remote work schedule, 8+ years of professional product design experience, expert-level systems thinking, executive cross-functional leadership, mastery of technical complexity, and team multiplier experience. Desired qualifications include designing for developers, advanced data visualization fluency, and email industry expertise.
This role will be remote, but is not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA. Travel may be required occasionally to participate in project, customer, partner, or team in-person meetings.
