Financial Development Representative
Muffin Finance is a Fintech registered with OAM that is transforming the face of credit mediation through the development of an integrated digital solution. Your Role: Management, Growth, and Strategy
As a Financial Development Representative, you will be the centerpiece of Muffin Finance's commercial development, with a mission divided into three strategic pillars:
Lead Management & Conversion: You will take charge of managing the over 1,000 leads already in our portfolio, qualifying opportunities and guiding businesses towards the best Muffin Finance solutions.
Partnership Ecosystem: You will be engaged in managing strategic partnerships with potential referrers, creating a solid and scalable network.
Digital Advisory: You will use our integrated platform, in continuous development, to pre-select technical operations, analyzing financial feasibility and ensuring an excellent service.
Responsibilities and Tasks
Relationship Development: Create, structure, and manage a high-value contact network to generate constant business flows.
Market Analysis & Scouting: Collaborate with the management team to identify new market segments and target companies through a data-driven approach.
Technical Evaluation: Analyze budgets and financial structures to determine the adequacy of operations with respect to the financial partners' ecosystem.
Requisiti
Your Profile
Certification: Ideal registration with OAM (Credit Mediator Collaborator).
Experience: Previous experience in Business Development or in the BtoB financial sector, with a keen attitude towards managing large volumes of leads.
Technical Skills: Solid capacity for economic and patrimonial analysis and understanding of business financial dynamics.
Mindset: Proactivity, results orientation, and negotiation skills in dynamic contexts.
