Key Responsibilities
Evaluate Biology-related outputs produced by AI systems for accuracy, quality, and scientific relevance
Design challenging Biology problems to stress-test AI reasoning and analytical capabilities
Support data generation and evaluation processes to improve next-generation large language models
Ideal Qualifications
PhD in Biology or a closely related field from a top-tier university
Undergraduate degree completed in the U.S., UK, Canada, or Europe (preferred)
2+ years of academic (research, publications, teaching) or professional experience
Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
High proficiency in English
Project Timeline
Start Date: August (applications reviewed on a rolling basis)
Duration: 1–2 months
Commitment: 10–20 hours/week (with potential extension up to 40 hours/week)
Schedule: Fully remote and asynchronous with flexible working hours
Compensation & Contract
Competitive hourly rate: $65–85 USD/hr
Performance-based weekly bonus incentives: $20–100/hr in addition to base pay
