Roles and Responsibilities
- Develops & implements with the Project Director the strategy for the execution of the allocated Project(s) scope
- Sets up and secures the necessary resources for the execution of the project together with the Project Director
- Ensures Quality, EHS requirements are applied during Make or Buy phase of the project
- Coordinates with Sourcing claims to suppliers
- Updates and reviews R&O of the project(s)
- Builds, leads & coaches a committed Project team for the allocated Project(s) scope
- Defines Projects goals and objectives, evaluates performances
- Change orders: control vendors timesheets & update POs at completion of works
