About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to support patient care in a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTAC). This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy caring for medically complex patients and working closely with RNs, respiratory therapists, and physicians in a hospital setting.
What You'll Do
Provide bedside care to LTAC patients
Administer medications and treatments per scope of practice
Monitor patient condition and report changes
Assist with wound care, trach care, and patient mobility
Document patient care accurately
LTAC Environment
Hospital-based LTAC
High-acuity, long-length-of-stay patients
Collaborative care teams
Qualifications
Active (or pending) LPN/LVN license
Acute care, LTAC, or hospital experience preferred (not required)
Compensation & Benefits
