This position is a senior counsel role and will be part of Cardinal Health's corporate legal team focusing on securities reporting work and other corporate matters. This role will be responsible providing legal advice, counsel and related services to Cardinal Health's corporate function in all aspects of securities and corporate work.
The corporate legal team provides the company with strategic, proactive, practical and cost-effective legal advice and services in order to enable the company to effect its business strategies and protect the organization's assets, operations and reputation. This function provides legal counsel related to corporate securities and governance, and transactional support, among other areas.
