About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Civil Engineer (P.E.) to join our on-site team in Liberty, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, site development, and permitting with city and county authorities. This position plays a vital rolein driving forward our large-scale infrastructure and industrial development projects. Qualifications
Texas Professional Engineer (P.E.) License (required).
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
5+ years of relevant experience in civil or structural construction projects.
Proven experience dealing with local government permitting and regulatory processes.
Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, site grading, and stormwater design.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work full-time on-site in Liberty, Texas.
Responsibilities
Oversee site planning, grading, drainage, utilities, and roadwork for active construction projects.
Work directly with city and county officials to obtain and manage all required permits and approvals.
Conduct and review engineering design calculations, construction drawings, and as-built documentation.
Coordinate with contractors, surveyors, and environmental consultants to ensure compliance and timely project delivery.
Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to engineering standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
Provide technical leadership for civil aspects of ongoing construction, from concept to completion.
Preferred Experience
Background in industrial, energy, or infrastructure projects.
Familiarity with construction scheduling and project management tools.
Experience working on large-scale site development or manufacturing campuses.
