CREtelligent is hiring an Environmental Project Director (EPD) to serve as a senior technical reviewer and signing Environmental Professional (EP) for Phase I ESAs across our national commercial real estate portfolio. You will own the quality and defensibility of our deliverables —reviewing reports, providing final EP opinions, and partnering with clients on complex transactions.
You'll work alongside a tight-knit EP team — reviewing reports, signing off on EP opinions, and engaging directly with clients on the calls and questions that move transactions forward.CREtelligent pairs advanced data and analytics with best-in-class review practices, so you spend your time on the technical judgment that matters rather than chasing down records.
You'll review a high volume of Phase I ESAs each year across a national commercial real estate portfolio — a steady, high-quality deal flow that lets you build deep pattern recognition across markets, asset types, and lender scopes.
