Your Mission:
As a Customer Service Technician, you will be technically and commercially responsible for after-sales support, service offers, supply of spare parts, and training. You will carry out some of these services in the factory or on site, while ensuring product troubleshooting and expertise. Additionally, you will provide assistance to customers during the installation and commissioning of Ensto products.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Be the customer contact for after-sales service, product expertise, and service offers.
- Assist customers during the installation and commissioning of Ensto products (products for managing energy on the MT/BT network: aerial or underground circuit breaker, control command box, distribution panel, etc.).
- Provide theoretical and practical training in the classroom or on the field.
- Supervise the compliance with adjustment procedures after the replacement of spare parts.
- Train after-sales service interveners of local and regional partners, and Ensto group members.
- Participate in statistical analyses of material returns and damages to inform internal services (R&D, quality, commercial service, finance).
- Prepare and transmit quotes for repairs, spare parts, services, or training.
- Collaborate with the ADV team for the invoicing of services.
- Contribute to the updating of spare parts catalogs, training materials, and promotional documents.
Travel:
The position involves frequent travel in France and abroad, for 5 to 8 days per month, depending on client needs.
Your Profile:
- Education: Bac +2 in electronics or electrical engineering.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in a similar position preferred.
- Skills: Solid knowledge in troubleshooting, reading electrical and electronic diagrams, office tools, and ERP systems. English required.
Remuneration:
- 37,000 to 42,000 € gross per year on 13 months according to experience.
- Other benefits: restaurant ticket, interest and participation, CSE benefit, health insurance and life insurance, additional time off, seniority leave day, company-provided electric charging stations, bicycle allowance.
- Status: Non-executive.
- Location: Based in Villefranche sur Saône.
