About the Role
Title: Director (Strategy and Transformation) Sr. Data Scientist, Agentic AI
Location: Boston, Mass, NYC, Holmdel, NJ, Bethlehem, PA Position Type: Full Time
Compensation Pay Range:$160,000-$185,000 Per Year
Description This full-time position is based in the Northeastern United States, requiring a hybrid work model. The role involves leading strategic and transformative initiatives in data science, focusing on advanced AI and machine learning methodologies. The candidate will utilize their expertise in data modeling and analysis to drive innovation and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of data science strategies and initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business processes. Design and develop machine learning models to solve complex business problems. Analyze data to identify trends and insights for strategic decision-making. Mentor and guide junior data scientists in their professional development.
Qualifications PhD with 2 years or Master's with 4 years of experience in a related field. Experience in the insurance industry, particularly in underwriting. 3 years of experience in AI/ML modeling, focusing on advanced AI systems. Strong programming skills in a major programming language. Expertise in natural language processing and multi-step reasoning architectures.
