Imagine One Technology & Management, Ltd. is seeking a Computer Network Architect contingent upon award of the associated work. The contract will be performed in Lexington Park, Maryland, however routine telework is anticipated for this role.
The Computer Network Architect will design and implement computer and information networks such as LANs, WANs, intranets, extranets, and other data communications networks.They will perform network modeling, analysis, and planning including analysis of capacity needs for network infrastructures.They may also design network and computer security measures; and may research and recommend network and data communications hardware and software.
The Computer Network Architect will apply engineering and computer networking principles to the development, design, integration, and fielding of hardware and software systems associated with local, regional, and WANs and systems that process and route voice, video, data, and imagery information.Efforts include analysis and evaluation of networking requirements and the design and development of network topologies and architectures to include hardware and software identification, network test and evaluation, operational and performance analysis, network upgrades and modifications, and implementation of network security and information assurance measures.
A minimum of seven years of experience, including:
Candidates must satisfy one (1) of the following educational requirements in order to qualify:
Active DoD Top Secret clearance
