Do you have a strong network in the U.S. business world and a proven ability to open doors? We want to work with you.

What's the opportunity? You bring us companies that need to hire - we handle the entire recruitment operation from start to finish. No managing candidates, no sourcing, no operational work. Just business development and relationship building on your end.

What you'll do:
  • Identify companies with active or ongoing hiring needs
  • Pitch our recruitment services to HR leaders, Directors and C-level contacts
  • Close the agreement and hand the client off to our operations team
  • Maintain the relationship to generate repeat and referral business
What we offer: 10% commission on every deal closed - no cap on earnings Fully remote - work from anywhere in the U.S. Flexible schedule - no fixed hours or quotas Compatible with your current job or other commitments No upfront investment or fees Recurring commissions from active accounts

Arrangement: 1099 independent contractor. This role works great as a side income stream or as a full-time performance-based hustle.

One active client can generate significant and recurring income. If you know how to sell and have the right contacts, this is a high-upside opportunity with zero operational burden on your side.

  • Strong existing network across mid-to-large companies in any industry
