Main Responsibilities
- Strategy & Growth Leadership
- Vision: Participate in defining the commercial and marketing strategy for each brand and deploy it.
- Management: Rally, coach, and upskill an elite Sales & Marketing team.
- Impact: Transform long-term ambitions into concrete and scalable action plans.
- Commercial Excellence
- Sales Machine: Structure the complete sales cycle (from discovery to closing) through playbooks and an outbound prospecting routine.
- Data Driven: Drive performance through a rigorous CRM culture and the animation of decision-making instances (Pipeline meetings & Investment Committees).
- Profitability & Quality of Execution
- Deal Design: Ensure the profitability of contracts and mastery of pricing.
- Engagement: Secure the Sales/Operations transition to guarantee total customer satisfaction.
- Strategic Marketing & Innovation
- Positioning: Clarify the value proposition of the brands to create strong differentiation.
- Value Marketing: Drive a "Pipeline" oriented marketing and transform innovation into irresistible packaged offers.
Your Profile
12+ years of experience in B2B commercial development and team management. Expertise in complex, multi-interlocutor sales cycles in the services, F&B, hospitality, or tertiary real estate sectors. Solid results culture and profitability orientation. Leadership, structuring, and strategic arbitration capabilities. Business and strategic vision, sense of initiative, and operational excellence. Professional English required.
