Apprenticeship Contract Role

As part of your apprenticeship contract, you will be working under the supervision of the Group Purchasing Manager. Your responsibilities will include:

- Purchasing:

• Participate in supplier consultations and analysis of offers
• Contribute to the writing of purchasing documents (specifications, analysis grids)
• Manage calls for tenders and certain purchasing files independently
• Update and verify the supplier database
• Monitor contracts, performance indicators, and simple disputes
• Update purchasing dashboards and KPIs
• Participate in continuous process improvement and task automation

- Supplier Quality:

• Manage and update supplier quality documentation
• Verify the compliance and completeness of supplier files
• Participate in the preparation of internal and external audits
• Contribute to the monitoring of supplier non-conformities and action plans
• Ensure the compliance of purchasing practices with quality requirements

You are preparing or will be preparing a higher education degree (from Bac +3 to Bac +5), with a specialization in purchasing and/or supply chain.

You have a good analytical capacity to understand the issues and propose relevant solutions.

Rigorousness, organizational skills, and reliability are essential to succeed in this position.

A good command of office tools is indispensable, especially Excel.

Finally, good interpersonal skills are expected, allowing you to collaborate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders.
