About the Role

Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Location: Hamilton, NJ

Industry: Engineering / Systems Integration

Job Description:
Theoris Services is assisting our client in their search for an Electrical Engineer IV. Our client is a Professional Engineering Firm and Systems Integrator with over 25 years of experience in Design and Design-Build services for Water, Wastewater, and private industries. They have cultivated a strong employee- and client-centered environment where employees are valued, respected, and supported. The team works effectively together to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop full deliverable packages from approved proposals
  • Work independently on project tasks from proposal through deliverables
  • Coordinate with other disciplines to gather necessary information
  • Manage multiple, concurrent schedules between design and construction projects
  • Provide QC and PE reviews on staff work
  • Participate in QC review discussions, providing high-level conceptual feedback
  • Travel locally to client sites, with occasional overnight travel required
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required
  • Experience in Industrial Power Distribution and Motor Controls, including production of contract drawings and certifications
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering and construction drawings, and standard specifications
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative approach to working with peers and clients
