About the Role
Product Manager For Cyber Security Services
The threat landscape is constantly changing, and detection technologies are evolving rapidly.This is where our cyber defense services come in—they protect Swiss companies around the clock from targeted attacks, from quick detection to automated response and continuous development of threat coverage.As product manager for cyber security services, you will drive the development of our threat detection and response (TDR) portfolio and position it with Swiss customers from SMEs to large enterprises.
You will work closely with engineering, sales, and platform partners as a member of our product management team and design a modular service portfolio that covers both standardized offerings and individual detection solutions.
Highlights of the position
You manage the roadmap, pricing, and positioning of the TDR portfolio in line with customer needs and market dynamics
You integrate the strategic detection platforms including AI and automation capabilities into a coherent service portfolio
You accompany tenders and enterprise customer projects from solution definition to contract conclusion
You translate market requirements into precise specifications for engineering and delivery and manage proof-of-concepts for new detection technologies
Your skills
Several years of experience in product management of complex cybersecurity services, ideally in the area of threat detection and response, managed detection and response or security operations center
In-depth knowledge of the MITRE ATT&CK framework and its application in portfolio management
Understanding of the economic management of service portfolios and the creation of robust business cases
Entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to combine technical depth with commercial argumentation
Experience in building and maintaining strategic relationships with customers and partners up to C-level
Structured, prioritization-driven working style and confident demeanor towards customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
University degree (ETH, university or university of applied sciences) in computer science, business informatics or equivalent
German is mandatory, plus very good English and/or French skills
