As a Weekend Customer Service Representative at Woodie's Wash Shack, you will support our members and site teams by managing customer communications, resolving membership and billing concerns, coordinating with site managers, and ensuring all customer service matters are handled promptly and professionally. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, empathetic, and tech-savvy, and comfortable handling a high volume of customer interactions while upholding Woodie's customer experience standards.

What You Will Do:

  • Respond to customer emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • Answer and return customer phone calls promptly.
  • Resolve customer concerns related to memberships, billing, app access, wash experiences, and account management.
  • Process refunds and account adjustments when applicable.
  • Assign and communicate customer follow-up tasks to site managers.
  • Ensure all customer service issues are resolved within 48 hours.
  • Document customer interactions and account notes accurately.
  • Escalate sensitive or unresolved issues to management when necessary.
  • Maintain a positive, solution-focused attitude while handling escalated customer concerns.
  • Support overall customer retention and satisfaction efforts.

What you need:

  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using email platforms, apps, and customer management systems.
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
  • Professional, patient, and empathetic communication style.
  • Weekend availability required; flexible hours may be available based on business needs.
  • Upon receiving an offer, selected candidates must undergo a pre-hire background check.
