With more than 2 million downloads, the Hello Watt application allows each household to measure, understand, and control its consumption, while benefiting from the best energy offers on the market.

Throughout France, Hello Watt installs solar panels, batteries, heat pumps, and charging stations for electric vehicles, driven by the Hello Watt application to maximize savings.

Driven by a team of more than 250 enthusiasts, Hello Watt makes energy simpler, more accessible, and smarter. We give individuals back control of their consumption, in France and Europe.

Job Description

Hello Watt supports individuals from start to finish in the installation of solar panels and charging stations for electric vehicles: dimensioning studies, material procurement, management of administrative procedures, installation, and monitoring.

In very strong growth, Hello Watt is recruiting a Operations Manager, a key position to support the Director of the activity in the management and structuring of this strategic activity on the post-signature and construction phase.

Your main duties will be:

  • Responsible for operational excellence on the after-sales part (conducting ad hoc analyses on the activity's KPIs, proposing process improvements, and implementation with teams).
  • Contributing to the evolution of the solar offer (new products, new financing modes, etc.).
  • Managing and supporting the team of solar project managers.
  • Discussions and negotiations with suppliers, partner companies, and subcontractors.
  • Optimizing internal processes (sales support, installation control, etc.). Being the point of contact for the Product team for developments related to the solar activity (automation of operational tasks, development of new features, etc.).
  • Responsible for the operational coordination and progress of the construction sites: planning, control, after-sales service management, customer relations in conjunction with the site management team.
  • Monitoring the performance of the network of partner craftsmen and reporting improvement points (respect of deadlines, quality of service, quality of customer relations) in conjunction with the Partnerships team.
  • Ability to integrate AI into daily processes.
Profile Sought
  • First third of an engineering school or equivalent.
  • Experience in the solar or energy transition field is appreciated.
  • Challenge-oriented, focused on results: you think KPIs.
  • Creative, resourceful, and a strong proposer.
  • Committed, dynamic, extremely rigorous, and with a sense of teamwork.
