Prowess Consulting is looking for a Graphic Designer, experienced with internal employee communications, to create clear, engaging, and scalable visual assets that make complex Total Rewards programs with a leading tech company easy to understand.This role is ideal for a designer who excels at translating dense, information-heavy content into simple, compelling visual storytelling.You bring a strong foundation in editorial and systems design, with the ability to create both one-off assets and repeatable templates that scale across programs.
You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy collaborating closely with writers and project managers to deliver high-quality work on tight timelines.What sets you apart:
