Responsibilities
- R&D in the area of modern Deep Reinforcement Learning, Large Language Models, Natural Language Processing, Information Retrieval, and Machine Learning.
- Push the boundaries of AI platforms through innovation and partnership.
- Collaborate closely with Microsoft Research, Microsoft Turing, Azure, AI platform teams, and product teams to create the next generation of AI innovation in our products and services.
Qualification
- BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math or equivalent
- Currently enrolled in a Ph. D. program specialized on AI algorithms from a US leading school
- Required hands-on experience with modern Deep Reinforcement Learning. Track record of publication on RL is a major plus.
- Outstanding C# and/or Python coding skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Results-oriented free thinkers with ability to socialize and drive their ideas into technology are highly desired
