Must have experience! salary: $33 - $37 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: No Degree Required Responsibilities • Build, maintain, and deliver TA reporting and dashboards (e.g., time to fill, pipeline health, funnel conversion, offer metrics). • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within ATS and related systems. • Partner with TA leadership, HR, and HRIS to define and standardize reporting requirements and metrics. • Analyze recruiting data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and translate into clear insights. • Support req prioritization, workload visibility, and performance tracking through data • Create ad hoc reporting for leadership, including executive-level summaries and insights • Partner with systems teams to improve data capture, workflows, and reporting capabilities • Support vendor oversight by tracking performance, SLAs, and outcomes Skills
