We are in search of a Senior Director of Compliance for a well-established Home Health and Hospice organization looking to improve their regulatory compliance program.
This is a REMOTE position preferably based in the central United States with less about 50% travel expected. Multi-site corporate compliance leadership experience is required. A background in Medicare certified Home Health is a must. Clinical and non-clinical candidates will be considered. Hospice experience is a plus. We desire a hands-on, data-driven leader that has helped scale, buildout, structure, implement, and administer corporate compliance programs.
The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role. An offer will be made to the selected candidate at the conclusion of the interview process based on their relevant experience and the responsibilities of the position. Our client does offer a competitive compensation package potentially including incentives, health and dental insurance, PTO, retirement plans (401K) and opportunities for professional development.
