Who We Need
Rillet is looking for a Founders' Associate to work directly with the CEO and Chief of Staff. You will be the connective tissue that keeps high-priority work moving — spotting roadblocks early, solving them before they escalate, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
You will operate across a wide range of workstreams simultaneously, supporting the Chief of Staff with analytical horsepower on strategic projects, helping design and improve internal processes, and supporting the CEO day-to-day from drafting communications to making sure key initiatives reach completion.
You will need to be highly organized and comfortable with frequent context switching. One hour you're in a spreadsheet modeling a business case. The next you're drafting a note on behalf of the CEO. The next you're figuring out why a cross-functional project stalled and fixing it.

We're looking for a teammate who values in-person collaboration and is within commutable distance of our San Francisco offices (or willing to relocate). Team members are required to work in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus one additional flexible in-office day.
