We're looking for a Growth & Partnerships Director to take ownership of institutional client relationships and drive business development initiatives. You'll be responsible for the full client journey — from identifying and pitching opportunities to onboarding and commercialization — while collaborating cross-functionally to execute strategic initiatives.

Cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders across different teams and geographies
Minimum 3 years experience in a client-facing role
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Rigorous self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Entrepreneurial, relentless, and strong work ethics
Strong problem-solving skills
Familiar with the crypto and DeFi industry
Proven ability to commercialize deals and build partnerships
